G.A.S.E. Residences, LLC was created to provide a safe, stable, and affordable shared housing for adults who desire independence while living in a respectful and supportive community environment. This is a non-medical, non-licensed independent living model designed for adults who can live independently but benefit from structured housing, accountability, and a sense of belonging. The vision for G.A.S.E. is deeply personal.

I was inspired to create G.A.S.E. Residences because I understand, firsthand, the importance of stability, family, and having a safe place to call home. Housing is more than shelter — it is security, dignity, and the foundation for a meaningful life. The name G.A.S.E. honors the legacy of Gertrude, Audrey, Siveria, and Eddie — the family members whose love, faith, unity, and perseverance laid the foundation for everything we stand for. Their values instilled in me a commitment to helping others find stability and community, especially during seasons of transition.
